Great cooking honors where it came from. At Prose Kitchen & Bar, a Woodland Hills restaurant born from the vision of Chef David Gussin and his partner Molly Gussin, tradition is the foundation we build on — never a limit.

You can taste it in our Braised Short Rib Rolled Lasagna, where the comfort of a classic Italian Sunday supper meets mascarpone, ricotta, and slow-braised beef. Or in our Bottarga Carbonara, a respectful nod to Roman tradition finished with cured fish roe and a whisper of lemon. These are familiar ideas, reimagined with a California heart.
