2. Reservations

2.1 Booking Options: Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person.

2.2 Deposit Requirement: For parties of six or more, we require a valid credit card to hold the reservation and may collect a deposit of $20 per person for special events or large parties.

2.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the reservation time to avoid a charge of 50% of the estimated bill. No-shows will be charged the full deposit amount.

2.4 Late Arrivals: We hold tables for 15 minutes past the reservation time, after which the table may be released to other guests.

3. Payment & Pricing

3.1 Accepted Payments: We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

3.2 Service Charge: A 20% service charge applies automatically to parties of six or more

3.3 Pricing Policy: All prices are in USD and subject to applicable local and state taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3.4 Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled within the specified time frame.

4. Dining Policies

At Prose Kitchen & Bar, we maintain certain policies to ensure an exceptional experience for all our guests.

4.1 Dress Code: Smart casual attire is encouraged. We respectfully ask that guests avoid athletic wear, flip-flops, and excessively casual clothing.

4.2 Alcohol Service: Guests must be 21 or older and present valid identification to order alcoholic beverages.Prose Kitchen & Bar reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated.Corkage Policy: Guests may bring their own wine, subject to a corkage fee of $35 per bottle, with a limit of two bottles per table.

4.3 Children Policy: We welcome families and kindly ask that young guests remain seated and supervised for their safety and the comfort of others.

4.4 Outside Food & Beverages: Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for specialty cakes with prior approval.A $25 cake-cutting fee applies for outside cakes.

5. Food Allergies & Special Requests

5.1 Allergen Notice : While we take precautions to accommodate allergies, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and shellfish. Cross-contamination may occur.

5.2 Dietary Accommodations: Guests with dietary restrictions should inform our staff when making a reservation, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate their needs.

6. Gift Cards & Promotions

6.1 Gift Card Use: Gift cards are valid for in-restaurant dining only and cannot be exchanged for cash.Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

6.2 Promotions & Discounts: Promotions are subject to availability, cannot be combined with other offers, and may have expiration dates . Discounts must be applied at the time of service and cannot be applied retroactively.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

7.1 Data Collection: Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.2 Information Security: Prose Kitchen & Bar does not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

8. Liability

8.1 Assumption of Risk: Guests assume all risks related to dining with us, including but not limited to allergic reactions or accidental injuries.

8.2 Limitation of Liability: Prose Kitchen & Bar shall not be liable for any indirect,incidental, or consequential damages related to your dining experience.

8.3 Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, government regulations, or unexpected closures.

9. Guest Conduct

9.1 Respectful Environment: We expect guests to conduct themselves respectfully towards staff and other patrons.

9.2 Right to Refuse Service: Prose Kitchen & Bar reserves the right to refuse service to individuals displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

9.3 Property Damages: Guests will be held responsible for any damages to restaurant property, with charges added to their final bill.

10. Website Usage

10.1 Intellectual Property: All website content, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Prose Restaurant and may not be copied or used without permission.

10.2 Prohibited Actions: Users may not engage in activities that disrupt the website’s functionality, including unauthorized access attempts or fraudulent bookings.
