Our Story
Prose Kitchen & Bar is more than a restaurant—it’s a story brought to life on every plate. It was born from the vision of celebrated Chef David Gussin and his partner, Molly Gussin. Together, they wrote a love letter to California’s vibrant ingredients and the joy of gathering around the table. David’s career includes acclaimed kitchens such as STK, Fig & Olive, and Cleo. In addition, the couple built their premier catering company, Food First Events. Now they have brought those culinary dreams home to their own Woodland Hills restaurant.
