What kind of food does Prose Kitchen & Bar serve?
Seasonal California cuisine with global influences: modern Californian / New American cooking built around what local growers have that week, plus a full bar with craft cocktails. The menu changes with the seasons.
What are your hours?
Dinner is served daily from 4:30 PM, until 9:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and 9:30 PM Friday and Saturday. Happy Hour runs daily from 4:30 to 6 PM. Weekend brunch is Saturday and Sunday, 10 AM to 2 PM.
Do you take reservations?
Yes. Book online on our Make a Reservation page. Walk-ins are welcome at the bar as space allows.
Where do I park?
We have 24 dedicated parking spaces at 21195 Costanso Street, a quarter-block south of the restaurant, plus street parking nearby.
Do you host private events and parties?
Yes. We don’t have separate private rooms; we reserve a section of the dining room or patio for your group, or you can book the full restaurant for up to 86 seated or 140 standing.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free accommodations are available with advance notice.
Do you offer takeout?
Yes. Order online for pickup directly from us, and earn Prose Rewards points on every order.
Do you have a corkage fee?
Corkage is $35 per bottle, with a maximum of two bottles.
