For an anniversary, the Prose Tasting is the move: a three-course menu at $79, or four courses at $99, with a pasta intermezzo added on the longer format. A $55 wine pairing runs alongside it course by course, and a caviar upgrade is available for the table that wants to push the night further. It's a structured way to let the kitchen show off — carbonara built in bottarga or smoked-eel variations, aburi hamachi crudo torch-seared with charred white peach and cucumber-wasabi snow, sweet corn ravioli with lobster américaine — without either person at the table having to make six separate decisions.

Or build your own night, à la carte

Not every anniversary wants a tasting menu's pace. The à la carte side of the menu carries the same kitchen — the black-truffle arancini, the miso cod, the braised short-rib rolled lasagna — alongside a full bar program for guests who'd rather start the night with a cocktail than a wine pairing.

For a milestone anniversary
