Weekend brunch at Prose Kitchen & Bar runs every Saturday and Sunday, 10am–2pm. Same kitchen and same standards as dinner — just earlier, brighter, and with a Bloody Mary within reach. Here's how to order it well.

À la carte: the short list

Start with the malted pancakes ($21) or the crème brûlée French toast — the two dishes guests photograph most. If you lean savory, the green chile chilaquiles ($25) and Olivia's brunch burger are the move, and the Maine Lobster Benedict is the table's showpiece. Sammy's breakfast biscuit is the sleeper pick.

The Prose Brunch: our prix fixe

Celebrating something? The Prose Brunch is our prix fixe table experience at $68 per guest (whole table, two-guest minimum), with upgrades like the Lobster Benedict and Steak & Eggs. Add The Brunch Bar — a 90-minute pour at $35 (house) or $45 (cocktails) per guest — and the morning takes care of itself.

First Edition: the first Saturday of every month

On the first Saturday of each month, brunch becomes First Edition: three courses, 90 minutes of bottomless mimosas, spritzes and Bloody Marys, and a live DJ, at $99 per guest — or $79 Zero-Proof with unlimited mocktails, coffee and fresh juice. Seatings at 11:00am and 1:30pm. The first one lands Saturday, November 7, and regular brunch runs as usual all weekend.
