- No prepayment: book online and pay at the restaurant, or just ask for Pasta Night when you sit down.
- Can’t be combined with other offers. A 20% service charge applies to parties of 6 or more.
- Vegetarian and gluten-free picks are marked. Tell your server about any allergies.
- Start early: happy hour runs the same nights, 4:30–6pm in the bar, lounge and patio.

How much is Pasta Night at Prose?
$49 per guest for three courses. The Crab Rangoon Tortelli is +$6 and the Short Rib Rolled Lasagna is +$8.
What nights is Pasta Night?
Sunday through Thursday, during dinner. Friday and Saturday are à la carte and the Prose Tasting.
Is there a vegetarian option?
Yes. The Radicchio & Persimmon and the French Onion Cavatelli are both vegetarian.
